It is not a quote, an engineering calculation, or a substitute for your building code. Structural, code and permit decisions belong to your building department and a licensed contractor.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy. Quantities vary with moisture, compaction, product and workmanship; prices vary by region and supplier. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including material ordered short or long.
